For the Crust:
Graham Cracker Crumbs –
One and Half Cups
Sugar – Half Cup
Unsalted and Melted Butter
– 6 Tsp
For the Filling:
Fresh and Ripe Mangoes – 3
Large (85 Grams)
Cream Cheese at Room
Temperature – 3 Packets of 226 Grams
Vanilla Extract – 2 Tsp
Sugar – One and Quarter
Cups
Eggs – 4
Some Peeled and Sliced

How to Prepare?
The Firm Crust
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Fahrenheit and butter a spring foam pan of 9 inches diameter with high
sides.
- Crush the Graham Crackers and
mix sugar in a medium-sized bowl and blend well.
- In this mixture, add melted
butter keep stirring until evenly saturated.
- In the prepared pan, pour this
mixture and press firmly with the help a small bowl.
- Now, bake this for about 12
minutes and cool completely later.
The Scrumptious Filling
- Take the ripe mangoes and peel
them to prepare a puree first. The puree should be perfectly smooth.
- Now keep 2 cups of puree aside
for further use.
- Take the cream cheese, sugar,
and vanilla extract in a large bowl and blend very well. Remember the more
you blend it smooth, the tastier the cake would become!
- Now you have to add 1 egg at a
time and blend well.
- It’s now time to add 2 cups of
mango puree and blend again to get a smoother filling.
- This mixture is now ready to be
poured on the crust in pan.
The Final Bake
- Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
The color should be golden around the edges and the cake should be puffed.
- Now cool this cake completely
before refrigerating it.
